Job Summary

To provide remote telehealth services for adolescent and young adult clients, the part-time Kentucky Licensed Mental Health Facilitator will facilitate group therapy sessions, engage clients effectively, and collaborate with the care team while adhering to best practices and operational policies.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate group therapy sessions using the most up-to-date curriculum and best practices
• Engage clients and foster group cohesion while monitoring treatment documentation and compliance with operational policies
• Participate in collaborative treatment team meetings and maintain clear communication with clients and staff

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in mental health or a related field
• Experience working with youth and young adults
• Proficiency in a variety of therapeutic modalities (e.g., DBT, CBT, EMDR)
• Ability to conduct group treatment effectively and creatively over video
• Reliable internet connection and familiarity with cloud-based communication software
