Kentucky Licensed Pre-Access Specialist

Job Summary

To support patient care coordination, the full-time Kentucky Licensed Pre-Access Specialist will manage and index patient orders from physician offices and internal departments, ensuring accuracy and timely communication, while working remotely Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

Key responsibilities

• Manages and accurately indexes all patient orders received via fax or electronic medical records
• Responds promptly to internal and external communications, ensuring high standards of customer service
• Maintains productivity standards while supporting departmental goals and collaborating effectively with team members

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• At least one year of patient access experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic medical record systems
• Ability to type at least 30 words per minute with 95% accuracy
• Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology preferred
