Kentucky Licensed QA Consultant
Job Summary
To support healthcare facilities in Kentucky, the full-time Kentucky Licensed QA Consultant will develop and monitor clinical programs, advise on compliance with regulations, and assist in managing disease outbreaks while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor clinical programs to meet nursing standards and regulations
- Advise facilities on compliance with State and Federal Survey Regulations, focusing on infection prevention and control
- Conduct training and support for facility staff to ensure adherence to nursing standards and regulatory requirements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent from an accredited nursing program
- Master's Degree in Nursing preferred
- 20+ years of clinical and management experience preferred
- MDS certification or experience as a Legal Nurse Consultant or in Risk Management preferred
- Experience with CMS/OIG surveys and knowledge of PCC preferred
