Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Kentucky Licensed Therapist will conduct mental health assessments, provide individual and group therapy sessions, and develop tailored treatment plans, while working in a hybrid environment that accommodates both in-person and virtual sessions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct initial mental health assessments and document therapy sessions according to best practices
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs and utilize trauma-informed therapeutic techniques
• Maintain electronic records to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and participate as a member of the child and family team

Required qualifications

• A Master's degree in psychology, social work, or counseling
• 1 year of experience in child welfare services
• A valid professional Master's level, provisional or full license in social work, therapy, or counseling
• Understanding of cultural influences on human behavior and the ability to deliver culturally sensitive services
• Ability to foster partnerships with clients and their families to support their growth and change
