Job Summary
To support a dynamic recruitment environment, the full-time salaried Kentucky Talent Acquisition Partner will lead full-cycle recruitment primarily for Human Resources and Finance roles, while also flexing across other corporate functions, all within a remote work setting.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through onboarding coordination
- Partner with hiring managers to develop targeted sourcing strategies and effective hiring plans
- Build proactive talent pipelines using creative sourcing strategies and market insights
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Proven experience recruiting for Human Resources and Finance roles
- Strong command of Applicant Tracking Systems, with SmartRecruiters expertise preferred
- A data-driven mindset with experience using recruiting metrics and KPIs
