Job Summary
As a strategic and collaborative leader, the full-time remote Principal, Knowledge & AI Transformation will develop and implement a unified knowledge strategy, ensuring knowledge governance and AI integration across Customer Success, Support, and Enablement.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and lead a unified knowledge strategy, defining architecture, taxonomy, and governance practices
- Establish standards for AI-ready knowledge, focusing on content structure, retrieval quality, and ongoing evaluation
- Drive AI transformation initiatives from concept through implementation, connecting outcomes to customer and employee effectiveness
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise knowledge management or AI-enabled transformation
- Deep expertise in knowledge architecture, governance, and content lifecycle management
- Proven ability to lead enterprise knowledge strategy and influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience with AI-enabled knowledge experiences and improving AI-powered solutions
- Knowledge-Centered Service (KCS) certification or comparable training preferred
