Knowledge Architect

Job Summary

To enhance product knowledge management, the full-time remote Knowledge Architect will define content structures, manage knowledge extraction from code, and lead the team in adopting new documentation practices.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the content model for product knowledge, ensuring quality standards and organization
• Extract knowledge from code repositories, simplifying output generation and maintaining accuracy
• Educate the team on new documentation practices, creating guides and training sessions to facilitate the transition

Required qualifications

• 4 to 7 years of experience in technical writing, knowledge management, or related fields
• Proficiency with Git and GitHub, including navigating codebases and understanding code logic
• Experience designing content structures and managing documentation in repositories
• Understanding of AI content usage and testing methodologies
• Ability to teach and implement new processes within a team environment
