Knowledge Architect

Job Summary

To support a growing knowledge management initiative, the full-time remote Knowledge Architect will define and maintain the content model for product knowledge, streamline knowledge extraction from code, and lead the team in adopting new documentation practices.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the structure and quality standards of the product knowledge content model
• Extract and clarify knowledge from code, ensuring accurate output for review and reducing manual validation over time
• Teach and guide the team in new documentation practices, creating training materials and methods for knowledge management

Required qualifications

• 4 to 7 years of experience in technical writing, knowledge management, or related fields
• Proficiency with Git and GitHub, including navigating large codebases and understanding code logic
• Experience designing content structures and working with documentation in a repository format
• Understanding of AI content retrieval and testing methodologies
• Ability to teach and implement new workflows effectively within a team
