Knowledge Architect

Job Summary

To enhance product knowledge and streamline documentation, the full-time remote Knowledge Architect will define content models, manage knowledge extraction from code, and lead a team in implementing new documentation practices.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the content model for product knowledge, ensuring quality standards and organization
• Extract and clarify knowledge from code repositories, improving output generation and maintaining accuracy
• Teach and guide the team in new documentation practices, creating training materials and facilitating knowledge sharing

Required qualifications

• 4 to 7 years of experience in technical writing, documentation engineering, or knowledge management
• Proficiency with Git and GitHub, including navigating large codebases and understanding code logic
• Experience designing content structures and working with documentation in repositories
• Understanding of AI content retrieval and the ability to test AI-generated answers
• Proven ability to train teams and implement new workflows effectively
