To support the development of an AI system, the full-time temporary Knowledge Expert - Transportation will perform and document real-world tasks using specific software applications while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Perform, record, and document end-to-end tasks in the area of software expertise
- Break down complex workflows into precise, step-by-step actions and create representative task scenarios
- Review and evaluate agent-generated actions for correctness and provide structured feedback to improve model performance
