Job Summary

Leading end-to-end knowledge management efforts, the remote contract Knowledge Management Specialist will develop high-quality knowledge content, enforce governance policies, and ensure content accuracy for organizational platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Author high-quality knowledge articles, procedures, and documentation in line with organizational activities
• Enforce knowledge governance policies, including review workflows and change management standards
• Conduct regular content audits to maintain accuracy, relevance, and compliance

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in knowledge management, technical writing, or content strategy
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong understanding of content management systems and information architecture
• Familiarity with analytics tools for measuring content performance
• Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts
