Knowledge Management Systems Engineer
Job Summary
To support the development and maintenance of client-hosted knowledge management infrastructure, the part-time Knowledge Management Systems Engineer will collaborate with industry partners and clients, manage IT service requests, and design technical documentation while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Access and operate Management Information Systems while complying with security controls
- Collaborate on modernizing SharePoint and M365 workloads and fulfill client IT service requests
- Draft and publish Standard Operating Procedures, technical reports, and manage a knowledgebase for enterprise VoIP solutions
Required qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field
- Proficiency in Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps, Dynamics 365, and SharePoint Online
- Demonstrated experience with data analysis and structured query workflows
- Familiarity with SDLC and Business Process Model Notation
- U.S. Citizenship required with DoD clearance (Secret or above)
