Knowledge Manager
Job Summary
To support organizational goals, the full-time Knowledge Manager will develop a long-term knowledge management roadmap, design taxonomies and metadata schemas, and integrate knowledge resources with various platforms while working remotely with occasional onsite meetings in Raleigh, NC.
Key responsibilities
- Develop a long-term knowledge management roadmap aligned with organizational goals
- Design and maintain taxonomies, metadata schemas, and content classification for enterprise knowledge
- Create and enforce governance policies for the use, retention, and access of SOPs and knowledge articles
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in research, information analysis, and validation
- 5+ years of experience developing taxonomies and content classification strategies
- 5+ years of experience integrating knowledge frameworks with intranets and ITSM platforms
- Knowledge of state and federal data, privacy, and copyright regulations
- Project management fundamentals experience
