Knowledge Program Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the planning and execution of knowledge programs, the full-time remote Knowledge Program Manager will manage timelines, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment across various stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end execution of knowledge and learning programs, managing timelines and coordinating across stakeholders
• Maintain program operating rhythms, including Jira intake boards and sprint tracking, to keep work visible and on track
• Act as a point of contact for cross-functional partners, triaging incoming requests and routing them to the appropriate function

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Learning & Development, Knowledge Management, or a related field
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional work across teams with varying priorities and timelines
• Strong organizational and project management skills with a focus on detail and stakeholder communication
• Experience with tools like Jira and Google Suite for project tracking and collaboration
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, Gumloop, or Gemini
