Korean Bilingual Financial Support Representative
Job Summary
Assisting customers with a variety of account-related inquiries in both English and Korean, the full-time Korean Bilingual Financial Support Representative will manage inbound and outbound calls, including payment assistance, account updates, and program enrollments, while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding member account reviews, payment and claim assistance, and new program enrollments
- Provide detailed guidance to customers on activating benefits and navigating account features
- Document customer interactions and ensure all inquiries are resolved satisfactorily
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Typing skills with a minimum speed of 25 words per minute
- Intermediate to advanced technical proficiency in using multiple systems simultaneously
- Open availability between 8:30 am - 5 pm EST, Monday through Friday
- Ability to work in a dedicated workspace free from distractions
