Job Summary

Fluent in Korean and English, the full-time Korean Bilingual Medical Virtual Assistant will support physicians by preparing medical records, updating patient information, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and organize medical records and patient charts prior to physician visits
• Update patient history and health information in the EMR system
• Track lab results and ensure compliance with HIPAA and facility policies

Required qualifications

• Fluency in Korean and English, both spoken and written
• Experience in customer service or healthcare (preferred)
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and EMR systems
• A warm, patient, and empathetic approach
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
