Job Summary
To support the launch of payments across the EU, the full-time KYB/AML Analyst will conduct business customer onboarding reviews, manage customer communications, and resolve onboarding requirements for a remote team based in Sweden.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out first-line KYB reviews, including company verification and risk assessment
- Handle customer communications and document requests throughout the onboarding process
- Document decisions to meet regulatory standards and improve operational workflows
Required qualifications
- 2-4 years of KYB/AML/onboarding experience at a fintech, payment institution, EMI, or bank
- Strong understanding of business customer due diligence and sanctions/PEP screening
- Fluent in English, with excellent written communication skills
- Curiosity about AI tools to enhance casework efficiency
- Based in or willing to relocate to Stockholm, with the right to work in Sweden
