L2 Backend Developer
Job Summary
To support a global clientele, the remote L2 Backend Developer will provide exceptional technical support, develop and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot, and manage escalated technical issues while collaborating with various teams.
Key responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support via calls, chats, and emails
- Develop and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Boot, APIs, MongoDB, and Kafka
- Analyze and diagnose technical issues and guide customer technical teams in troubleshooting
Required qualifications
- Excellent English skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written)
- 2+ years of experience in backend software development
- Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and MongoDB
- Understanding of on-premise IT infrastructure, including load balancers and clustering
- Ability to work independently and handle L2 support tickets effectively
