Job Summary
Supporting engineering and software testing initiatives, the early-career Lab & Test Engineer will maintain lab environments, manage devices, troubleshoot technical issues, and contribute to automation efforts in a remote role with onsite attendance required approximately one week per month.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain, configure, and manage lab devices and testing environments across multiple operating systems
- Perform software and hardware testing procedures to validate functionality and system behavior
- Troubleshoot device, software, hardware, and network-related issues, escalating problems as needed
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
- 1-2 years of programming experience, preferably using Python or TypeScript
- 1-2 years of experience or demonstrated knowledge of basic networking concepts
- 1-2 years of experience with device management and configuration
- Familiarity with Microsoft operating systems and Windows environments
