Labor & Employment Attorney

Job Summary

Seeking a senior Labor & Employment Attorney with over seven years of experience, this fully remote position will advise clients on compliance, prepare companies for significant financial events, and represent them in various litigation matters.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on municipal, state, and federal labor & employment laws
• Prepare companies for financing rounds, mergers and acquisitions, and initial public offerings from a labor & employment perspective
• Represent clients in early-stage litigation matters, including discrimination, harassment, and wage-and-hour violations

Required qualifications

• At least seven years of experience at a national or regional law firm
• Graduation from a top-tier law school or demonstrated sustained reputation in the industry
• Experience advising clients with national labor & employment needs
• Established client base and strong professional network
• Interest in autonomy over practice while collaborating with experienced attorneys across various practice groups
