Labor Forecasting Analyst
Job Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Labor Forecasting Analyst, this full-time position located in Provo, Utah, or remote will design and evolve enterprise demand forecasting strategies, align forecasts with business planning, and provide insights to influence strategic decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Design and evolve enterprise forecasting frameworks across all demand channels and customer touchpoints
- Lead development of advanced forecasting methodologies and partner with Finance for alignment with budgeting and planning
- Act as a strategic partner across departments to align demand forecasting with enterprise initiatives and growth strategies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 6-8+ years of experience in forecasting, workforce strategy, or advanced analytics
- Proven experience designing forecasting models and large-scale planning strategies
- Advanced experience with forecasting technologies and BI platforms
- Strong experience with SQL, Python, R, or similar tools for advanced modeling
