Laboratory Information Management Specialist

Job Summary

To support laboratory operations, the full-time Local Analytical Definition Specialist will translate analytical methods and specifications into configured templates within a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), ensuring accurate and timely testing for BioPharmaceutical and Medical Device clients.

Key responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and peer review analytical definition templates in LIMS based on approved methods and specifications
• Collaborate with laboratory contacts and project managers to clarify requirements and ensure correct template configurations
• Perform detailed reviews to confirm that builds match requests and adhere to documented requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, business, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience
• Experience with Laboratory Information Management Systems
• Familiarity with analytical methodology and specifications
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
