Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Land Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with executing land acquisition campaigns and conducting research
• Serve as a point of contact for third-party land agents and coordinate landowner meetings
• Maintain accurate records of land acquisition activities and assist in preparing reports for senior leadership

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in land acquisition, real estate, or project coordination roles
• Basic understanding of land-use regulations, permitting processes, and real estate law
• Familiarity with GIS tools and the ability to conduct site evaluations under supervision
• Strong organizational and administrative skills, including proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
