Landman with State Licensing

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Landman I/II/III/IV.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate and acquire oil and gas leases, deeds, and other land-related agreements
• Conduct title research and analyze ownership to determine leasing opportunities and resolve title issues
• Maintain accurate land records and ensure compliance with lease terms and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant land experience
• Associate's degree in a related field
• Ability to read and interpret legal documents, maps, and title records
• Excellent mapping skills (Tax, Farmline, and TOPO)
• Proficiency in land management software and Microsoft Office Suite
