Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Negotiate and acquire oil and gas leases, deeds, and other land-related agreements
- Conduct title research and analyze ownership to determine leasing opportunities and resolve title issues
- Maintain accurate land records and ensure compliance with lease terms and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant land experience
- Associate's degree in a related field
- Ability to read and interpret legal documents, maps, and title records
- Excellent mapping skills (Tax, Farmline, and TOPO)
- Proficiency in land management software and Microsoft Office Suite
