Language Access Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading the enterprise vendor management strategy, the full-time Language Access Partnerships Program Manager will oversee vendor selection and performance for language services, ensuring compliance and cost optimization while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the vendor selection, qualification, and contracting processes for interpreter and translation services
• Monitor vendor performance against service level agreements and quality standards, driving continuous improvement
• Analyze vendor cost data and negotiate contracts to optimize financial performance across language services

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, healthcare administration, or a related field
• 7+ years of progressive experience in vendor management, procurement, or healthcare contract management
• Expertise in vendor management skills, including performance monitoring and relationship management
• Strong contract negotiation skills with experience in managing service level agreements
• Knowledge of healthcare vendor compliance requirements, including credentialing and regulatory standards
