- Oversee data collection projects for AI-ML/ASR/NLP model training and evaluation
- Manage cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality data delivery
- Plan and execute operational strategies for multiple programs efficiently
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering, Linguistics, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent with 5+ years of Program Management experience, or Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of relevant experience
- Three or more years of experience in requirements management for large data collection programs
- Experience with speech or text data, including language annotation and natural language processing
- Proficiency in project specification, forecasting, and reporting
- Prior experience in AI/ML technologies related to ASR/NLP
