Language-Enabled OSINT Collector with TS/SCI
Job Summary
To support intelligence operations, the Language-Enabled OSINT Collector with TS/SCI will conduct OSINT collection using various tools, develop collection plans, and draft intelligence reports, with work arrangements being remote, hybrid, or onsite in Reston, VA depending on operational needs.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct OSINT collection using MAS and other tools to analyze foreign-language sources
- Develop collection plans based on intelligence requirements and mission objectives
- Draft Open Source Intelligence Reports (OSIRs) and contribute to OSINT quality reviews
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited institution
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain a polygraph
- ILR or DLPT language certification in required languages (e.g., Chinese, Russian, Spanish, Arabic) within 12 months
- Ability to meet ILR language proficiency levels of 2/2/1 or 3/3/2 as per position requirements
