Job Summary
To enhance personnel capacities in intercultural communication, the part-time Language Teacher - Arabic will deliver online Modern Standard Arabic courses, perform placement tests, and provide progress reports while maintaining course materials and schedules.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver online group and individual language courses in Modern Standard Arabic, ensuring comprehensive skill development
- Conduct placement tests to assess students' language proficiency levels
- Maintain updated class folders with syllabi, lesson plans, attendance, and student progress reports
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Arabic Language, or a related field from a recognized institution
- Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in an international environment
- Working knowledge of Modern Standard Arabic (level C) and intermediate English (level B)
- Experience in delivering courses that comply with the Arabic Language Proficiency Test (ALPT)
- Demonstrated ability to create and present course syllabi for various proficiency levels
