Job Summary
Seeking an experienced English to Lao Review Lead, this freelance remote position will manage language quality for a leading global technology client, ensuring alignment on quality standards across various content types including UI, marketing, and legal materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze style guides and glossary updates, tracking changes and client feedback for quality assurance
- Conduct regular alignment meetings with the language community and provide structured monthly quality reports
- Coach reviewers and deliver training based on real alignment data to enhance review quality
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in Localization Quality Assurance or similar roles
- Direct experience managing client relationships and formal arbitration processes
- Deep knowledge of localization evaluation frameworks, including RQE and LQE
- Proficiency in analyzing style guide changes and identifying client expectations
- Native-level Lao and professional-level English language skills
