Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Large Loss Property Desk Adjuster - Senior Consultant II will investigate and confirm facts of loss for homeowners' claims, determining coverage and damages while negotiating claims within their authority.

Key responsibilities

• Handles investigation of all aspects of homeowners' first-party claims, exercising discretion and independence
• Applies specialized experience in areas such as coverage, investigation, litigation, and large loss claims
• Partners with representatives on claims involving fraud or subrogation to achieve optimal outcomes

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in property claims adjusting, particularly with large loss scenarios
• Strong understanding of residential construction and repair processes
• Knowledge of insurance policies and industry standards
• Ability to recognize and manage subrogation or fraud potential
• Experience working independently and prioritizing responsibilities effectively
