Job Summary
Managing complex high exposure claims, the fully remote Large Loss Risk Adjuster will handle cases involving policy limits up to 100/300, including severe injury claims, while providing oversight and recommendations on litigation and settlement authority.
Key Responsibilities
- Performs file reviews for complex projects and litigation cases, analyzing data and reporting findings
- Reviews cases to determine appropriateness of Closed Without Payment (CWP) based on gross tort value
- Provides recommendations on trial requests for cases exceeding Market Claim Office authority
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience handling large loss claims and complex liability issues
- Strong investigative and negotiation skills
- Experience managing litigation through resolution
- Ability to work in the eastern time zone states
- Knowledge of insurance claims processes and settlement authority
