Job Summary
Supporting the timely resolution of conflicts for lateral attorney candidates, the full-time Lateral Conflicts Analyst will process conflict-of-interest requests, review reports for potential ethical conflicts, and collaborate with various departments in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create conflict reports summarizing issues involving lateral attorneys and non-lawyer candidates
- Review applicant information to ensure accurate documentation in the firm's conflicts database
- Support Conflicts Counsel and the Recruiting Department in resolving and clearing conflicts
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience
- Minimum of two years of conflicts-of-interest experience at a mid-size or large law firm
- Experience with database software; Intapp Open experience is strongly preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
