Job Summary
To support the timely resolution of conflicts for lateral attorney candidates, the full-time Lateral Conflicts Analyst will process conflict-of-interest requests, analyze conflicts reports, and collaborate with Conflicts Counsel and the Recruiting Department, with the potential for a hybrid or fully remote work arrangement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create conflict reports summarizing issues involving lateral attorneys and non-lawyer candidates
- Review applicant information to ensure accurate documentation before uploading to the firm's conflicts database
- Support the resolution and clearance of conflicts in collaboration with Conflicts Counsel and sponsoring attorneys
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience
- Minimum of two years of conflicts-of-interest experience at a mid-size or large law firm
- Experience with database software; Intapp Open experience preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
