Lateral Conflicts Analyst

Job Summary

Processing conflict-of-interest requests for lateral attorney candidates, the full-time Lateral Conflicts Analyst will analyze conflicts reports, collaborate with various departments, and ensure timely resolution of potential ethical conflicts in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and summarize conflict reports for lateral attorneys and non-lawyer candidates
• Review applicant information to ensure accurate documentation in the firm's conflicts database
• Support Conflicts Counsel and the Recruiting Department in resolving and clearing conflicts

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience
• Minimum of two years of conflicts-of-interest experience at a mid-size or large law firm
• Experience with database software, particularly Intapp Open, is strongly preferred
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
