Lateral Conflicts Analyst
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Lateral Conflicts Analyst to process conflict-of-interest requests for lateral attorney candidates and other prospective hires, this role involves reviewing conflicts reports, collaborating with Conflicts Counsel and the Recruiting Department, and ensuring timely resolution of conflicts, with opportunities for hybrid or fully remote work arrangements.
Key Responsibilities
- Create conflict reports summarizing issues involving lateral attorneys and non-lawyer candidates
- Review applicant information to ensure accurate documentation before uploading to the firm's conflicts database
- Support Conflicts Counsel and the Recruiting Department in resolving and clearing conflicts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience
- Minimum of two years of conflicts-of-interest experience at a mid-size or large law firm
- Experience with database software, preferably Intapp Open
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
