Job Summary
Seeking an experienced English to Latvian Review Lead, this freelance remote position will manage quality standards and client interactions for UI, marketing, and product content, ensuring alignment and continuous improvement across various content types.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze style guides and glossary updates, assessing impacts on quality categories and content types
- Facilitate regular alignment roundtables and publish monthly quality digests to communicate performance and improvement areas
- Coach Reviewers using specific examples and run shadowing sessions to enhance review quality
Required qualifications
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in Localization Quality Assurance or related roles
- Direct experience managing client Language Managers and formal arbitration processes
- Deep practical experience with localization evaluation frameworks
- Ability to analyze style guide changes and identify client expectations
- Native-level Latvian and professional-level English proficiency
