Job Summary
Coordinating cross-functional launch activities, the full-time Launch Manager will develop and maintain integrated launch plans, track milestones, and support manufacturing readiness for commercial and clinical cell therapy launches across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to support manufacturing readiness timelines for assigned launches
- Develop, maintain, and track detailed launch plans, milestones, and deliverables using SmartLaunch
- Prepare and communicate project status updates, decisions, and risks to stakeholders and leadership
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, life sciences, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- 2-4 years of project or program management experience, preferably in a cross-functional or matrix environment
- Experience coordinating complex projects, launches, or lifecycle transitions; experience in Cell Therapy is a plus
- Proficiency in project management tools; experience with OnePlan Portfolio Management and SmartLaunch is advantageous
- Working knowledge of the pharmaceutical product lifecycle and experience in a regulated environment
