Job Summary
Providing essential legal research support, the part-time Law Clerk will draft pleadings and motions, prepare deposition summaries, and assist attorneys with trial preparation while maintaining a flexible schedule that accommodates academic commitments.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform legal research utilizing electronic sources
- Assist attorneys in drafting briefs and motions
- Help prepare for depositions and trials, including analyzing transcripts and preparing summaries
Required qualifications:
- Must be enrolled in Law School, ideally as a 3L student
- Experience with legal research and writing
- Familiarity with drafting legal documents such as pleadings and motions
- Ability to work flexible hours that align with academic commitments
- Strong analytical skills for reviewing and summarizing deposition transcripts
