Law Enforcement Specialist

Job Summary

Leading a 24/7 team of Senior and Junior Specialists, the full-time Principal Imminent Risk (Law Enforcement) Specialist will manage day-to-day operations, oversee quality assurance, and build team processes while working remotely in a role that requires flexibility outside regular hours.

Key responsibilities

• Own the team's success and manage operations across all shifts to ensure optimal performance
• Perform senior specialist duties, including reviewing content and handling escalations
• Build and maintain the team's shift schedule, ensuring minimum coverage and managing PTO

Required qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in law enforcement or a related field
• Training in crisis intervention, threat assessment, or violent crime
• Investigative experience with violent content or credible threats
• Experience supervising teams and managing shift schedules
• Comfortable reviewing distressing material regularly
