Lawson Technical Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting an East Coast healthcare client, the Lawson Technical Analyst will provide technical administration and production support for an on-prem Infor Lawson environment in a 3-month remote contract position, with potential for extension.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical administration and production support for the Lawson environment, including application maintenance and troubleshooting
- Manage test-to-production implementation and coordinate release activities, collaborating with internal and external technical teams
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across integrated Lawson modules, focusing on Financials and Supply Chain functional areas
Required qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience administering on-prem Lawson environments, particularly Lawson System Foundation (LSF) and Lawson Portal
- Experience with Lawson patching, upgrades, and production support
- Familiarity with troubleshooting technical issues within Lawson Financials and Supply Chain environments
- Experience with EDI processes within a Lawson environment
- Knowledge of Infor Process Automation (IPA) and related Lawson integrations
