LCSW Complex Care Specialist

Job Summary

As a full-time Complex Care Specialist, the candidate will independently manage a caseload of complex clients, providing phone-based support and case management to facilitate access to evidence-based mental health care and ensure client safety.

Key responsibilities:

• Independently manage a caseload of complex, multi-need clients, providing long-term case management
• Facilitate ongoing client engagement through various levels of care, employing Motivational Interviewing strategies
• Respond to crisis situations by conducting risk assessments and connecting clients to appropriate treatment options

Required qualifications:

• Master's degree in clinical social work or equivalent; LCSW or equivalent independent clinical licensure is required
• Significant experience managing high-risk clinical situations and encouraging client engagement
• Proficient in case management and delivering specialized care for clients with diverse needs
• Self-directed clinical professional capable of working independently in a remote environment
• Bilingual, Spanish-speaking candidates strongly preferred (but not required)
