LCSW Social Worker - Remote
Job Summary
Providing critical behavioral health support, the on-call LCSW Social Worker - Remote will assess and triage patients via telehealth, conduct psychosocial assessments, and offer a full range of clinical social work consult services in a flexible, variable schedule environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and provide treatment recommendations for acute patients remotely
- Perform risk assessments and therapeutic interventions, including crisis intervention and discharge planning
- Collaborate with the Psychiatrist on the Enterprise Telehealth team for patient care continuity
Required qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work from a CSWE Accredited University
- Active Clinical Social Worker License in one of the specified states upon hire
- 5 years of post-graduate experience in Emergency Department, Inpatient, or Outpatient Behavioral Health settings
- Experience with Electronic Health Record documentation (EPIC preferred)
