Lead Accountant
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Lead Accountant will manage the preparation and reconciliation of capital movements, assist with accounting for equity changes, and track intercompany transactions while driving process improvements and automation efforts.
Key responsibilities
- Record and reconcile cash and non-cash capital movements between parent and subsidiary entities
- Track and reconcile intercompany loans and prepare related reconciliations for select entities
- Assist in the preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, and SEC reporting schedules
Required qualifications
- BA or BS in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a Corporate or Consolidations environment
- Knowledge of U.S. GAAP
- Experience with Oracle ERP is a plus
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel; Microsoft PowerBI experience is a plus
