Lead Advanced Analyst
Job Summary
To support the Guest App team, the full-time Lead Advanced Analyst will manage complex data analysis, experimentation, and reporting tools to drive strategic business and product initiatives in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design and analyze experiments to measure feature impact and guide product iterations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights and drive data-informed decisions
- Build metrics and reporting tools to monitor product and business performance
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics)
- 6+ years of experience in a quantitative analysis role, including advanced analytics or product data science
- Strong expertise in Python or R and SQL
- Experience with AI-assisted analytics tools
- Proven ability to engage with stakeholders and present complex data insights clearly
