Job Summary
As a full-time remote Lead Adversarial Engineer, the successful candidate will manage end-to-end red-teaming workstreams against frontier models, scoping threat models, designing campaigns, and synthesizing results into clear risk assessments and decision-ready reports.
Key responsibilities
- Establish a recurring red-team cadence by scoping targets, recruiting operators, and executing multi-week campaigns
- Create scenario banks and attack taxonomies to ensure comprehensive coverage and track families of exploits
- Produce executive readouts and issue trackers that detail severity, exploitability, and user harm with clear reproduction steps
Required qualifications
- Experience planning and executing adversarial campaigns, including playbooks and after-action reviews
- Strong skills in designing scenarios, controls, and metrics for methodical experimentation
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and translate results into actionable remediation plans
