Job Summary
To drive the successful delivery of data and analytics initiatives within the Utilities industry, the full-time Lead Agile Data Platform Coach will mentor cross-functional Agile teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and enhance Agile maturity in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Coach Agile teams to effectively apply scrum practices and ensure predictable delivery of data solutions
- Collaborate with product owners to refine backlogs and align features with organizational and regulatory objectives
- Implement ITSM governance practices across teams to standardize incident and change management processes
Required qualifications
- 12-15 years of professional experience in coaching Agile and Scrum teams, particularly in the utilities sector
- Advanced proficiency in PL SQL and experience with Snowflake and PySpark for data platform development
- Hands-on experience with Palantir for building data pipelines and analytical workflows
- Deep knowledge of ITSM governance frameworks and utility industry operations
- Certified Scrum Professional or equivalent Agile coach certification, along with ITIL Foundation certification
