Lead AI Engineer
Job Summary
Leading the development of a next-generation TCO Agent Platform, the full-time remote Lead AI Engineer will serve as the technical lead and multi-agent system architect, overseeing the orchestration and governance of specialized AI agents in a multi-cloud environment while ensuring compliance with financial controls and security standards.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of multi-agent architecture, overseeing inter-agent dependencies and communication
- Enforce governance and compliance measures for LLM operations and financial processes, ensuring strict adherence to operational limits
- Set coding and testing standards while mentoring engineering teams through code reviews and architectural guidance
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in a technical leadership role focused on multi-agent AI systems or FinOps tools
- Advanced proficiency in Python 3.11+, FastMCP, FastAPI, and Pydantic
- Hands-on experience with Google ADK, Vertex AI, and implementing Zero Trust security models
- Deep familiarity with GCP ecosystem components, SQL schema design, and OLAP architectures
- Proficiency in DevOps practices, including Docker, GKE deployment, and CI/CD pipelines
