Key responsibilities
- Define and lead AI application architecture, ensuring alignment with business and regulatory requirements
- Design frameworks for LLMs, agentic workflows, and multi-agent systems while mentoring senior engineers
- Drive performance optimization and establish governance standards for AI development
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of software engineering experience
- 5+ years leading enterprise AI/ML architecture and platform initiatives
- 5+ years designing and deploying production AI solutions utilizing LLMs and MLOps capabilities
- Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures and distributed systems
- Demonstrated experience defining architectural standards and AI governance practices
