Lead AI/ML Software Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Software Engineer - Remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML solutions for complex business challenges
- Mentor and guide a team of AI/ML software and platform engineers
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the AI/ML platform team, including setting goals and developing roadmaps
Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree or Ph.D. in computer science or related field; or bachelor's degree with at least 7 years of relevant experience
- 7+ years of industry experience as a Software Engineer, Software Developer, or AI/ML Engineer, with at least 2+ years in a senior or lead role
- 5+ years of experience with design activities on cloud platforms (e.g., Databricks, Azure, AWS, GCP, Snowflake)
- 5+ years of proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java
- 3+ years of experience leading and mentoring a technical team
