Lead AI Product Designer
Job Summary
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the full-time remote Lead AI Product Designer will craft AI experiences for Rovo and other Atlassian products, while advocating for user experience and integrating AI capabilities across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Design AI experiences for Rovo and collaborate on applied AI across the Atlassian app portfolio
- Partner with leadership and stakeholders to create a unified view of AI capabilities
- Facilitate design discussions and improve processes to enhance product value and team efficiency
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of product design experience with complex or enterprise-level software
- Previous experience in applied AI on product experiences such as Search and AI Chat
- Proven ability to balance customer needs with business goals and technical feasibility
- Strong craft and systems thinking skills, with experience integrating work from multiple teams
- Experience improving design processes and methodologies to accelerate product adoption
